On my helm i got http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44137 which gives me 25 cold resist + 30 stamina. For that i get 0 (zero) points.
A simple heavy borean armor kit http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38376 , which gives me 18 stamina will give me 4 points...

Which is best? 18 or 30 stamina? I have no doubt.

Also
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38373 gives 8 points, whereas
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=60583 gives 9 points. But they give same upgrade!!! 55 stamina and 22 agility.
