Guild Progress Not Updating

Guild: Liquid Mettle

Guild progress is not updating correctly. My guild is currently 3/6 Mogu'shan Vaults, having killed the first boss (Stone Guard) for the second time last night. Progress shows us at 2/6 not completed for Stone Guard. -.-

We have reported this problem to Blizzard and they said that it should be fixed soon. As you can see on the screenshot, even official Armory doesn't recognize the kill of Stone Guard, so we are unable to fix this ourselves (we only forward information from official Armory).
