Intellect >= 15% Spell Hit (Hit/Spirit) > Haste > Mastery = Crit
yet when i look at the enchants for my boots it says different.
Following upgrades are recommended:
30 Enchant Boots - Pandaren's Step
30 Enchant Boots - Greater Precision
25 Enchant Boots - Greater Haste
-5points for using enchant that is better as i'm already @ 6551 mastery and am low on haste @ 3631.
