Hi, I have tried to update my character and for some reason it still pulls up info from pre-WoTLK. I did use the live function but it still doesn't work. It doesn't tell me anything about server problems like when it gets too many inquires. I do use a direct link to my character on Wow-heroes, if that's the problem let me know.

servers are down atm ,but direct link for cached version can show you that your char is updated properly (your char is lvl80 with WotlK gear ) .
U need to come directly to our web site and use option live to update your character .
When our servers are up again i will try to give you live direct link .
