When mousing over the recommended item enchant for Bracers/Gloves, WoW Heroes will display that I should get it gemmed.

Well, you should :)
Since you have blacksmithing, you can put 1 more socket on bracers and gloves. The only "problem" is that you need to skill up to 400 for that.

What I meant was that it's not showing the recommended enchant suggestion, instead showing that I should get off my arse and get them socketed.

Oh and your current enchant just got boosted score, we missed to upgrade it
