I am running into a browser error when i search for any character, not just my own. I use both IE7 and mozila. I push the search button after putting in the zone realm and name, the search button grays out and the little circle next to it just keeps turning, Here is the info on the error.

Is this a problem on my side? or maybe a compatablilty issue? please help.

If no one looked your character before u need to click on live box too .

Thank you the direct link dose work, however i still get the same error when i search in the normal maner and again this is for any and all characters. Even using the "live" option. iv tryed about 20 diffrent characters and had the same problem each time. im kinda wondering if im the only one having this problem? maybe its spacific to my comp.

Windows vista ultimate,
all the latest updates.

try to put your options in browser to default, and most important: enable javascript in browser. If you still have problems, check out if you have some internet-protection-like program, which might try to mess up things.

Looks like now two others have reported a simmiler problem, Redoreskin, and Heithinn. I have experince debugging websights and at this point i can say with 99.99% confidence that this is a codeing problem on the webpage.

Please look into the error example i provided in my first post.

This is a codeing error!!! probably a compatibility issue with windows vista and/or IE7. Maybe we can get the other two posters to tell us if they are using vista and IE7 also.

I'll take another look into it, but I honestly think it's just a problem in some security software on your side - firewall, anti-virus, proxy..... Is there any chance you can check it out on some other computer (preferably installed with default settings for everything)?

sorry to barge in but i've the same problem and it's annoying as hell, your site is too damn usefull to my guild so i've invested some time to investigate the "why it doesn't update the page when i click on the button" problem.

FireFox 3.0.5
addons loaded that intercept http : AdBlock plus, no-script

configuration of the addons :
adblock plus : standard block list delivered with the addon.
noscript : domain wide allow for "wow-heroes.com"
noscript : domain wide deny for "google-analytics.com"

possible culprit :

possible remediation :

check is the google analytic script have really been merged into the context by null-testing the "_gat" global before trying to use it.
modify ajax button's script to null-test if the "pageTracker" variable have been initialised.

EDIT :
after allowing the javascript from google-analytics to execute, the problem seems solved.
(but anyhow, as i can't allow only when visiting this site, i'll have to allow it manually each time and re-deny it each time...)
