Last weeks I had a total gearscore of 5002.
I replaced the helm.

Old helm : itemlevel 371 (PVP season 10)
New helm : itemlevel 378 (Firelands)

The old helm was fully enchanted and fully gemmed for maximum performance.
The new helm is also fully enchanted (same enchant) and also fully gemmed for maximum performance.

My new gearscore is now : 4998 :shock:

Since this was a major improvement to my gear, my score cant be lower then i had before.
In my opinion the new score should be 5009

Can you fix this?

Your character is properly scored as far as i can see.
Are you sure that you didn't changed any other item in the meantime (like your ring with resilience)?

I allready had that ring. I didnt change anything else, only the helm.
