Hiya,

This morning I had a score of 4859, with my fellow pally tank having 4812, I then compared us both using the new feature, and we've both dropped down to below 4800!!

Neither of us has changed anything...

I can understand your feeling but with latest patch we changed scoring system to be more accurate :

OK, but our entire guild has dropped off... was it all alliance characters or something?

With latest patch we changed overall scoring for gems and enchants, that new system lowered score for characters that had much higher score then characters with similar gear. This new system (we are aware that lower score doesn't sound fair) should give much more accurate results.
