There's lots of players out there that are excellently geared, but can't play their class for crap. Tell me if this is a bad idea, but I believe that if perhaps people could comment or rate on someones competency.
It would save a lot of people from getting retards into their group just because they've piggybacked through some raids.
Just a thought.
