if it's for dps, you'd prob be better getting Icewalker anyway as it's the best enchant for pure DPS.
on the topic of spirit vs tuskarrs vitality; spirit may be a better enchant then stamina for pure dps but tuskarrs vitality comes with extra hp and the speed increase which is handy for moving from nasty things on the floor in alot of encounters. admins of the site take many variables into consideration when they rate dps enchants, not simply 100% dps (plus you can't dps when you die from lack of stam or from not moving from a void spot quick enough).
