Although it's nice that Enchants of Higher Level are worth more, but an enchant in a Weapon Slot (+63 SP for me), is a little bit higher rated than a Bracer Enchant (+30 SP).

All enchants have their value based on the slot you used them ,we can't give +30 SP less score since its the best enchant on bracers ,same is for +63 SP on weapon.
