Hi! Items with ilevel 200 from heroics have no icon, just the bossname. Maybe you could add the heroic (10 man raid) badge icon for them which is currently used for the items bought from the dalaran vendor: Arcanist Ivrenne?

And Items from professions could have the profession icon? (Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, Tailorin, Jewelcrafting for trinkets).

(I don't know someone with 25 man badge items from dalaran but this item should have the 25 man badge icon if not already used.

Yeah, there should definitely be an icon for items acquired with Emblems of Valor, since there's one for loot bought with Emblems of Heroism.
