Hi! Some sources say they are from Crystalsong Forest but maybe it would be better/clearer to use Dalaran as source (it has the hero badge icon and was bought for hero (10 man) badges).
Examples:
Idol of Steadfast Renewal
Sundial of the Exiled
Idol of Lush Moss
Handbook of Obscure Remedies
The Egg of Mortal Essence

I don't know if it is the same for 25 man Raidbadges but it could be the same for them.
