A suggestion that I had is when you click on "upgrade" a true upgrade is typically not the same item level; therefore, I would suggest that when you click on "Find Upgrade", perhaps it would kick you up a level and display those from WowHead.
Also for a suggestion, when you click upgrade, especially with the new dungeon items, it would be nice that wow-heroes sends over what faction you are so you don't see all the TOC and ICC faction specific items for the wrong faction.
I really like the "find upgrade" option here, but maybe a few tweaks can make it even better.
