As I have tested, the Black Magic enchantment is an upgrade to the Mongoose enchantment for rogues. It procs frequently every 45 seconds because of it's internal cooldown and helps fend off energy starvation for mutilate rogues. Please update your site to give this enchantment at the very least 12, because 0 is completely incorrect.

Actually it should be a 15 for rogues as it by far the best enchant for MUT speced rogues.

Black Magic should be 15 rated for shadow priests on 1H weapons as well.

For 2H weapons, it would probably be a 12 rated for shadow priests, as there 81spell power is still superior.

Black magic is already rated properly for shadow priests. As you can see on the screenshots with shadow spec black magic is rated 15,with discipline 0.

oops, silly me, being in my off-spec when i looked. All my other enchants are max rated regardless of spec, it didn't come to mind that it would be different for that, although i do see why that would be the case.

Black magic should be top rated for feral dps too.
