The Arcanum of Blissful Mending is the healing (MP5) enchant from Wyrmrest, the other spellcaster enchant is the the Arcanum of Burning Mysteries (spell crit) which is for spell DPS.

My question is why is Blissful Mending worth 12 points and Burning Mysteries is 15? They both require revered with either faction and cost about the same in gold to buy.

You can buy too many things with same amount of gold ,but problem is that mana regen isn't that useful for balance druid as crit is .
