I would really like to see that functionality. It will make it much easier to select guild members for raids. Some of them even walk around in RP clothes when they are not in combat. So a highest cached gear rating of both specs would really be a solution.
Guild list is sorted already by highest score (score marked with star at character page).But we will see to add both gear scores at guild and realm page.
