Have created an account for wowheroes progress-site. But when i log in for update, another name and guild, is show in the selctionbars, and i can't scroll to change them. And another problem is that I can't claim characters, maybe because it is a wrong account or something. Anyone who can help me solve this problem pls? :-)

or maybe get my account deleted so i can create a new one?

You can create a new account ,and try it again . Just please choose only one to use.
