I JUST WANT THE RUN DOWN ON WHAT STATS ARE THE BEST FOR ELE SHAMANS AND WHAT GLYPHS , GEMS AND ENCHANTS I SHOULD USE FOR PVE. THANK YOU FOR YOU TIME AND IM SURE THIS WILL HELP OTHER PEOPLE OUT TOO.

This is where ive found all my information

spec
our specs are almost cookie cutters but you should be sure to have 2/2 in both reverb and ancestral swiftness

glyphs
you want Lighning bolt, lava burst and flame shock as your prime
lightning shield is probably the only major glyph that should be required the rest are up to you....
and as for minor glyphs... renewed life should be in there but as for the other two... its up to you

gemming
its simple really...
Meta = Burning Shadowspirit Diamond
Red slots = Brilliant Inferno Ruby
Blue slots= Purified Demonseye
Yellow Slots= Reckless Ember Topaz

your main priority will be to get Hit capped reforge as much crit on your gear as you can to spirit or hit depending on what the item is until the cap of 17% or 1742 rating

from there you want to stack is Int > Mastery <=> Haste > Crit
