Okay so I've got an 80 rogue decent gear. Decent rotation. But my problem is what do i have to cap if you look at my gear on either WoW Heroes you'll see some problems i suppose.
I know hit cap is fine and above because of my trinket. Do i need to run more Heroics or Raids for Dps Trinkets? if so which ones.
I need to know how much Haste, Power/Agi and Stam cap i need?
for starters need to know ur spec, but expertise is very important for all spec (24 is the soft cap) if u go mute spec then gem ap, and all yellow sockets will get ap and haste fir combat use Arp and i still like ap/haste for yellow sockets

The soft cap is 26 and as a mutilate rogue you want to gem to it. And as combat they should only use ArP gems if they have a shitload of it on their gear, which they probably don't. Agility or AP is a safer bet.
