  Raids: Wednesday/Thursday
  Impromptu raids (both old content and current content) are also formed during the week depending on interest from online guildies.
  
  Raid Times: 9pm server time (EST) until 11:30pm server time. *Raid times may be extended if all group members choose to do so.*
  
  We are a casual 10-man raiding guild with most active hours between 7 PM EST and 3 AM EST. We are currently looking for dedicated, reliable, and intelligent raiders. We are also looking for active players that enjoy running dugeons, questing, old content raiding, and mount/achievement runs.
  
  Our group is quite sarcastic, but not purposefully malicious. We ask that all applicants be 20 years of age or older. If you are offended by conversations including (but not limited to) gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, foul language, religion, or any other topic for that matter, this is not the guild for you.
  
  We are 12/12 for Cata bosses, 7/7 in Firelands, and 1/8H in DS. We are not hard-core raiders, but do enjoy raiding on a regular schedule and enjoy progression. We are looking for more members to join us in progressing through current raiding content and developing a second raid team. We feel that it is imperitive to stay up-to-date on class/talent changes, gear, enchants, and gems to maintain a successful raiding status. If you are applying for a raiding position in the guild, we ask that you have current gear that is enchanted and gemmed. Also, we will look for prior tier raiding experience and preferably current tier raiding experience. If you do not have current experience or you have not taken the time to obtain current raiding gear that is gemmed and enchanted, do not apply for raider status as your application will be denied. Please keep in mind that an approved application and invite to join the guild does not guarantee an immediate raiding spot.
  
  If raiding does not appeal to you, we ask that you still consider Alter Egos. We can always use friendly, helpful members to run 5-man heroics, assist in leveling alts, achievements, farming, etc. If you are interested in Alter Egos as a guild, all we ask is that you be honest on your application. For example, if you note that you want to raid, we will expect you to raid; if you note that you don't like to raid, but you like to run 5-man instances, then we will expect you to run 5-man instances.
  
  We are currently accepting applications from active characters of all classes/specs. If you are interested in joining the guild, please submit an application at the website provided above. Please note that it may take a few hours to a couple of days to respond to an application, depending on how quickly officers are able to review the application and vote.
