There are currently 24 guilds on Thunderlord that have 8/8 DS normal. All of them have that guild achievement, so all are equal in that regards.
Partial boss achievement doesn't really apply, because all of those guilds are 8/8 DS normal and none have defeated all of DS on Heroic.
Finally, we have "the amount of days it took to complete that achievement". Subdividing in that regards, our guild should be listed as #13. We are, instead, listed as #22.
