  http://www.wowhead.com/item=56394/tias-grace is significantly better than http://www.wowhead.com/item=59473 and a few other epic trinkets, yet is rated lower then them, just bringing this error to attention or wondering why it is rated lower. The same can also be said about http://www.wowhead.com/item=56328 being better. If you do go off solely item level I am mistaken but if you go by which is actually better than this may be something to look in to.
