I'm not sure if this has been brought up or even suggested but I think with the newest updates to the World of Warcraft community website and their newly incorporated "Armory"... I suggest WoW-Heroes pull their reports and character information from there if possible.
For example, if you were to search for my character on these terms:
US Fenris Sajakain
You would get a report on WoW-Heroes that reads from this source:
