Currently the agi to cloak is the Bis feral (cat) enchant.
Also the exceptional str to gloves outweighs mastery on many sims.
Going to have to agree with the above two posts.

Cloak Greater Speed Enchant.

Just noticed something odd and figured I'd post about it. I was checking out my cloak enchant. I have greater speed at the moment. (23 haste) It's worth 0 points... Regular speed h...

Just noticed something odd and figured I'd post about it.

I have greater speed at the moment. (23 haste)
It's worth 0 points...
Regular speed however (15 haste) is worth 10.

I'm assuming that it's a bug since 15 haste is valued more than 23.
