ahah yeah me too.. well one otehr thing that might cause you to hit softer is that your expertise isnt capped at 26. try to get exp capped and bring down hit alittle. you have like...

yo mike. after seeing your gear, you would benefit more from just staying in strength. your only at 416 ArmPen. unless you can get around the ArmPen cap, which hardcap is 1400. you...

hmmm... what are you pulling in dps... you got some nice items... but you have too many blues... if you are looking for max dps output at your gear, i recommend you to get into unh...

yo mike.
after seeing your gear, you would benefit more from just staying in strength.
your only at 416 ArmPen.
unless you can get around the ArmPen cap, which hardcap is 1400. you wont see any gains from gemming ArmPen. if anything, your dps might suffer if you regem armpen with your current set up.
your weapons are great for ArmPen, but main items such as your chest, helm, pants, bracer definitely need ArmPen. and then the key item to get is DBW for you to even consider ArmPen.
so try to get to around 800 armpen through gear before gemming armpen.
plus your sigil, i would recommend the i219 one. the sigil of awareness i believe.
the strength increase already suffice from the fallen crusader runeforge.

with my gear. i hit 10K solo target dps and in mob pulls in icc10/25, i pull anywhere from 15-20K dps..

you still need to get geared out to see actual dps difference in frost dw dps.
