  Please, I need some advice. Here is my character's Armoury link, it shows my enchants, gemming, all my gear, etc.

  I'm thinking about switching to Frost but I don't know if my gear is good with it or not, and I would rather stay blood if I could pull off a higher dps in the raiding environment.

  I have nearly 5.6k gs, but I can only pull 8-10k in ICC25. I have 3 pieces of T10, my gauntlets are even Sanctified. I got a new ring to replace my Bloodshed Band, the Skeleton Lord's Circle, but I can't put it on or I'll fall too far below the hit cap. If i put it on I will be at exp cap tho... but ill be .25% below hit cap.... I don't know what to do anymore... new gear is almost dropping my dps because it is making exp and hit rating lower.
  
  Also, I am unsure of my gemming and enchants. I think they are probably right but I haven't gotten a second opinion from anyone. The f***ing Bone Arbiter has dropped like 4 or 5 times for me, but I have rolled super low and lost every time.
  
  Please, I need some advice. I've thought about going Frost dps (My friend is a 5.8k gs frost dk, he pulls over 20k in ICC, i've seen as high as 25k in thick trash), but I still need to get another 1h sword, I only have Nighttime right now, I need at least another one or a better one. I do not want to go unholy. I love blood with a passion, been blood since I started this character, but I've seen much higher dps from Frost dps dk's, but I don't even know where to start, or if I could make my blood spec just as good.
  
  I do not use any macros except for in PvP. If there are any macros that blood dk's can use to maximize dps I'd really appreciate it if you'd show me! Thanks for the help in advance
  
  Oh yeah, my current rotation is something like: IT, PS, HS, HS, DS, DS (if able), dump RP, HS, HS, HS, HS, dump rp. It's pretty much that. Also with popping Hysteria, DRW, and ERW. I use my ghoul for boss fights but that's it. I rarely use Army of the Dead, but on some fights it's good. Like Saurfang
