When using the compare tab, you are stuck with comparing whatever specs the characters logged out as.
If, for example, I want to look at the tank sets of 2 paladins, and one logged out as ret or holy, there's no way to compare their tank sets.
I've recently found myself wanting to compare a guildy DK's off-spec tanking set with another guildy's paladin off-spec tanking set so that we can decide ahead of time who should fill in as a tank when one of our regular tanks can't show up, but since they both tend to log off in their main spec I can't.
I've looked around briefly to see if there was a way to do this but haven't been able to figure it out.
