Righteous fury is your friend also it helps for tanks to be hit capped and around 34 expertise +- otherwise your getting blocked and your doing no damage build aggro but shit like ...

Anyways basically it comes down to 39 a week if you do the basic minimum of what MOST level 80's should be doing and 49 if you're where i'm at.

2 per day every day = 14 a week
5 from weekly raid = 5 a week
2 from 10m voa and 25m voa = 4 a week
2 from bosses in icc 10 (just for first wing) = 8
2 from bosses in icc 25 ( just for first wing) = 8

thats 39 for doing the basic minimum per week i'm currently at 49 per week with all of this + fester + rot 25m and plauge halls in 10m. OFC if you're clearning all that + lich king in 10 and 25m you're seeing around 81 a week or so.
