I currently acquired the Mag'hari Chieftain's Staff and am not quite sure how to gem it. It has 2 blue sockets and a +7 spellpower bonus. I have NO mana problems, and I have 3216 b...

I currently acquired the Mag'hari Chieftain's Staff and am not quite sure how to gem it. It has 2 blue sockets and a +7 spellpower bonus. I have NO mana problems, and I have 3216 bonus healing spell power unbuffed, in tree form. My crit is 28.18% and the one thing I am low on is haste, at 416.
Should I gem for spellpower+haste, or straight haste, or straight spellpower orr something else?? I'm really stuck here need help, Thanks!!
