It seems i can never get more that 4k dps on the Dummy in IF , with trinks and Arc power obviously my dps spikes , but i see mages pull more than me with pvp gear , and it just ag...

Idk, it looks good...
There really is no rotation for arcane...
Arcane Blast until proc, then Missiles, then Barrage, then repeat...
On bosses, pop Presence, Arcane Blast, use Icy Veins/Arcane Power/Mirror Images and go down the "roto".
I can hit up to 8k DPS in 25 mans and 7k DPS in 10 mans.
