So, I compare two characters in my guild and there seems to be a discrepency.
Character: Holyfield
Class: Warrior
Server: Nathrezim US
Gear Score: 3196
Character: Magnetic
Class: Warrior
Server: Nathrezim US
Gear Score: 3220
Problem is, we both have identical iLvLs on our gear. We both have everything gemmed and enchanted completely. The only differences in our gear are where I have a higher level vs his higher level:
Him vs. Me
264 vs. 251 helm (-13)
258 vs. 264 pants (+6)
264 vs. 258 boots (-6)
251 vs. 264 weapon (+13)
I have higher pants and weapon, he has higher helm and boots, but the differences should balance out unless different slots have a greater weight than others. It would seem to me that Helm, pants and weapon should all be weighted similarly for a warrior tank while boots would get less weighting? If that were the case, I should actually have a HIGHER gear score since my +13 weapon vs. his +13 helm would cancel out and my +6 pants would be weighted more than his +6 boots.
