  Well, hats off to blizz for making the 264 libram for holy pallies virtually effin useless. Who is actually going to keep HS in a tight rotation to maintain those stacks? It's our most mana inefficient spell and other than being a decent "OMFG WHY CANT YOU STOP STANDING IN S**T" button, it's virtually useless.

  I currently have the SP enchant, but I will be changing. I think it depends on which tool is your preference of choice. FOL spammers should stack SP to the heavens while HL spammers should always choose intel. I am also just vain enough to want to see 40k mana buffed up in a raid, and that chant will get me there and then some. ha!
