If you're looking to dual-wield frost dps, I've found this one to be quite successful. Here's my spec [http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Zangarmarsh&cn=Apostalos] The trick is, with frost dps, your strongest dps will always be in an AOE type encounter due to the insanely high crit chance of Howling Blast (though you ALWAYS want to be sure to have your diseases ticking and keep up pestilence). On single targets I usually tick out to a little over 4k dps, however, on things like trash mobs in ICC I can easily pop out anywhere between 7-12k, depending on ability and trinket cooldowns and such.
