as far as arms go Heroic Strike IS NOT your friend, it just drains too much rage... I use Rend first then rotate Slam, Execute and Mortal Strike. if your 3/3 in Taste for Blood and...

2) i use execute whenever the button comes up but execute can use up to 30 rage its probably best to use some of the lower rage things in between to build your rage back up. even below 20% HP

if your 3/3 in Taste for Blood and whatever the execute talent is in arms that activates Execute while not under a certain amount of HP.

If you can avoid Bladestorm, it is an agro steal. Avoid using it unless your certain the tank can hold the agro.

I recently replaced Battlelord's Plate Boots(+20 expertise + 20 ArP gems in those sockets, ilevel 226) for Grinning Skull Boots(ilevel 232) after enchanting with the same enchant my gs dropped 6 points.

the stats on the boots seem to more than compensate for the loss of the 2 sockets
with the 2 sockets i could technically get 109 str with it but it has haste and a lower Critical Strike
with the new boots its slightly lower Str but replaces haste with ArP which is better for Arms warrior isn't it?
