With ICC and the reduced dodge is this once again a viable enchant? http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=27946 i put it on a backup shield and it gives .91% more block, i know that there is a difference with value and rating. i noticed the site gave 5 pts for the shieldblock enchant and more for value. which is the better enchant? it seems that combining this with something like http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50290 would be pretty good when trying to build up a bit more block for icc
