With this rotation I hat 8k in Onyxia with two T9 pieces. It is very good but you must be careful when using it and making sure you have the correct amount of combo points before certain attacks. (:

since 3.3 or for any Assassin rogue please dont touch Eviscerate!

(Dont Mutilate @ 4! or else you waste Energy for just 1 pt instead of 2) 7.Rupture 8.Mutlilate to 4 or 5 combo pts. 9.Envonom 10.go to 6 11.Refresh Hunger for Blood every minute.
Dont need to Shiv with new poison changes in patch 3.3

I hit 8k DPS in Onyxia with 2 pieces of T9. I thought it went well. (: But assassination's rotations are more complicated than combat's.

and spec and rotation is all wrong now. Shouldnt even mention Eviscerate for Assassination. It's all about envenom now especially when it does not consume deadly poison and small buffs you to get quicker procs on poison
for rotation- 1. Open with Garrote 2. Hunger for Blood 3. slice and dice 4. Mutilate 5. Envenom 6. Mutilate to 4 or 5 (if you are at 4 points dont Mutilate again. you'll waste 2 point proc for 1) 7. Rupture (if ur gear is not Best) 8. Mutilate to 4 or 5 (if you are at 4 points dont Mutilate again. you'll waste 2 point proc for 1) 9. Envenom follow steps 4 again to keep abilities up
for either combat. Rotations: 1. Garrote (if in stealth) Or run to target and SS w/ rupture (so you can get started faster) 2. SS x3 3. Slice n Dice (if you'd like hit Adrenaline) 4. SS x 4 or 5 5. Rupture (if you'd like hit Blade Flurry) 6. SS x 3 7. Slice n Dice or Eviscerate (depending on debuffs)

Also, PvP will always be lower because you lose Major.. and i mean MAJOR stats that PvE gear provides. especially stats that pertain to your CLASS or ROLE. so, do NOT raid with pvp gear or you'll likely not be invited to the good raids.
