  At the moment some professions are scored higher than others. From what I can see the bonus gems gained from Blacksmithing are counted towards your score, while the enchants on an enchanters rings are not.
  
  To fix this I would say give some sort of score if a person has 425+ in a profession that grants a good raiding bonus, such as Alchemy or Enchanting, then ignoring the bonus that you get from the profession.
  
  I.e. if someone is a 425+ leatherworker and has the bracer enchant, count it as though they had an enchant that gives 15 points and give them a flat bonus for being a leatherworker.
  
  This should even out some of the imbalances between professions. Of course it is up to you to allocate how much each profession is worth.
