  I was thinking alot bout this enchant, the best Holy Paladin on my server uses it, but myself I'm not convinced IF it's usefull in FoL Spam build, right now I have 32.5k mana unbuffed and altough I would like to have over 40k raid buffed I do think 63 can be more usefull for FoL Spam.

  As we know, currently the BiS Libram for a Holy Paladin is Libram of Renewal or if you are FoL spammer it's one of the arena ones, that are harder to get for non=pvp'ers.
  
  But here on WoW-Heroes Librams are treated solely based on ilvl, making often BiS Librams lower our Gear Score.
  
  In my opinion the best way, with not only Librams would be to treat their effect's as enchants and just give additional score for them, so the BiS Libram would be really BiS compared to higher ilvl Librams.
