They might have changed something in the Armory. Can't update my char or guild. For char it shows a cache from 21/02/10, for guild it shows "No records found - Armory is unavailable. If you are sure guild name is correct, please try again in a few seconds", though I see it on Armory with no problem.

Considering that you also have hit talents, you're sitting at almost 31% hit chance and you need to lose about 14% from your gear.
I honestly don't know how you fail to see DPS gear. If item has hit on it, it does mean it's for DPS, but not all DPS items must have hit on them. Pretty much most of the non-hit gear is desired by both healers and DPS, so you will find yourself rolling against them at some point. Drop your hit trinket for a start, since you can get something better from emblems.
Don't get items that have mp5 on them, since those are useless for DPS. You either want Spirit instead or haste/crit. And don't get items with both Spirit and hit on them, since those are generally worse than items from previous tier of content.
Check shadowpriest.com, Wowhead, Armory for some possible upgrades. Read about gemming and enchants please.

In a bad group you can pretty much dot everything and then use Mind Flay. In good group consider using Mind Sear. If a trash pack is 4+ mobs, Mind Sear is the way to go. Easy epeen.
As for bosses, if you drop SW:P that early, than you should read some proper guides, especially about Shadow Weaving. Last time I checked, VT -> DP -> MB -> MF -> SW:P etc. was the way to go. Remove SW:D from your rotation completely: it's a situational spell (MB is almost off-CD and using MF would be a waste; you have to move and don't need to refresh DP; add in a fight is about to die and you might get a KB etc.)
Judging by your WoW Heroes profile:
1. You're missing many enchants and those that are present are suboptimal. 2. You're under hit cap (289 w/ talents). 3. You need to drop Nightmare Tear. It's bad. 4. You need to replace that +int trinket. It's worthless. 5. MP5 on gear is not needed for shadow priests (it's not a DPS stat also). If you have problems with mana, drop a point or two into Veiled Shadows. 6. Visit shadowpriest.com.

In patch 3.3 Enchant Chest - Major Spirit is the best enchant for shadow priests, so it has to have same value as Enchant Chest - Powerful Stats (difference between those two is minimal).
Also Enchant Weapon - Black Magic is supposed to be a better enchant than Enchant Weapon - Mighty Spellpower, but that's in theory. In practice both of them probably have the same value, due to RNG, so for 1H weapon they must have the same value for shadow priests.

And why would Illustration of Dragon Soul have more score than it already has? WoW Heroes has chosen item level as the base for gear score. It's not perfect, but at least it makes possible for people to compare each others gear and see their approximate "standings" in gear race. For example, WoW Heroes staff will decide to give higher score to that trinket, because it's awesome. Next day someone else (let's say melee DPS) comes to WoW Heroes and asks to change some other score on site, because that sword he got in Naxx is so much better than Ulduar drops he has seen so far or because his trinket is BiS, though its item level is low.
Even if that doesn't happen, changing gear score just because item is great is not the smartest thing to do in my opinion. I've seen system Wowhead uses and to be honest I'm still scratching my head, every time I use it.
For your gear level and spec Illustration of Dragon Soul is awesome. For some other spec/class it might be just a very good trinket, but not as awesome as for you. Should there be different score for every spec/class?
It's pretty hard to compare different classes and specs, but it's not that hard to compare their gear and enchants, if you take only item level in consideration and not some theorycrafting stuff. Even if some items will get different score, how would you compare a warrior and a mage with same score? And since you mentioned DPS, do you really care that you have 13 less score while using Illustration of Dragon Soul while being at the top of damage meters? I honestly don't care. WoW Heroes doesn't provide any info about player's skill or DPS. It's just that: browsable profiles of most WoW lvl 70+ characters. WoW Heroes doesn't give you advices on how to gear your character nor how to improve your DPS or beat a hard mode as specific class. I honestly don't see any reason why would they want to start changing score system they are already using.

1. Is it possible to make some filter for people who have PvP gear? Say, I select a threshold (3+ PvP items equipped) and the character who are above that threshold are not displayed on realm list. 2. Is it possible to make characters with 0/0/0 spec have 0 gear score? Priests with 0/0/0 are displayed as shadow priests, but most of them aren't. If they have 0 score for gear, they stay at the bottom until character gets a spec. Another option is to filter them out on request. 3. Concerning my previous question about guild list update (see original post). My actual question was about WoW Heroes website, not the amounts of queries to Armory. When I choose to browse my guild and update info from Armory I see a list of current level 80 characters. Those characters that have left the guild or moved to other realm are excluded from that updated list. Now, I leave website, close my browser and go for a walk. I come back, open browser, load guild list and I see the characters who were kicked from guild a week ago still on list. "How's that possible" - I ask myself - "I saw a proper list just before I closed the browser". So I do run another update from Armory and in 2 seconds I have an updated list. I know that it's actually cached somewhere at WoW Heroes, as I don't have to wait long for the site to query Armory for outdated characters, but for some reason to see that proper updated list I need to ask for an update. So, question: is it possible to update WoW Heroes guild roster at the time when I ask to update it, not some X hours later?
If it's still unclear, please say so.

I've just noticed the same problem while browsing Horde priests on Azjol-Nerub (EU). List shows gear score, character page shows gear + enchants score. After you update the list it shows both gear and enchants score. Interesting fact: some characters had proper score in their list before I even updated it, though they were cached days ago.
Examples:
Rhea. List shows score of 1938. On character page it's 1938 for gear and 12 for enchants. Total score 1950. After I've updated the list it's 1950. This character was cached long time ago.
Shadespeaker. List shows score of 1938. On character page it's 1938 for gear and 53 for enchants. Total score 1991. After I've updated the list it's 1991. This character was cached on 06-08-2009.
Ellebasi. List shows score of 1936. On character page it's 1844 for gear and 92 for enchants. Total score 1936. This character was cached on 06-08-2009.
Cytryna. List shows score of 1934. On character page it's 1934 for gear and 125 for enchants. Total score 2059. After I've updated the list it's 2059. This character was cached long time ago.

Nah, I'm not lucky. I'm just updating the list for some people, as I know that there are sure to be some level 80 alts, who are only geared for heroics, so I'm not that much interested if they are already geared for Ulduar 25 man.
Anyway, as soon as I've noticed that problem, I came to forums to ans saw this thread, so posted here. I didn't check any other guild, but I bet I will get same results in many cases.
