I am a warrior tank and I know my stuff. +15 agility enchant to gloves is the best survivability enchant to gloves with +240 armor enchant close behind. After that is the +10 stamina enchant and so on. +2% threat enchant to gloves is quite good, but that is what gauntlets of enforcement are for. I have +15 agi to my t6 gloves to increase survivability. It is currently receiving 0 enchant points in my profile while it should be receiving 10.
