I noticed that Mongoose on a Prot pally comes up as a 0. I know that it's 10x better than Greater Agility for a prot pally, due to the avoidance factor it gives. I'd say it should be equalish to Major Spellpower or so, maybe less if you wish, but certainly not 0.
