First of all, thank you Alex and Milagros for the great website! (Hopefully, users understand that gear is only part of the equation for evaluating a player's abilities)
My question is about Bind to Account items -- It looks like these currently have an iLevel of 1, regardless of the player's level that wears the item. Do you correct for this in your internal rating system? (I didn't see that this had already been addressed on another post.)
